Tailgating is so much fun, it should be just as illegal. Who doesn?t enjoy firing up a grill, cracking open a case of beer and hanging out with your buddies? Tailgating is easy to do. We have all been told that it is good manners to hold doors open for other people and more often than not good manners win over the good security practice of closing the door firmly behind you to stop someone else coming in. Tailgating is permitted within your parking space only. Upon entering the lot, attendants will direct you to the next available space.
Tailgating is a ritual preformed by many students and members of the community who like to come hours before the game, sitting in the parking lot grilling, having a cold beer and throwing around a football. One group of individuals who alone can represent the tailgating population are those that inhabit the “Red Bud Express.”.Those who tailgate know who they are beacause of their big red bus that takes up about six parking spaces. Tailgating is not just a place to hang out, have some beverages, and a little food before the game. No, tailgating is an event! Tailgating is very unique to this country. Come out to a game, even if you don’t come to the game, come and visit your neighbors of the community.
Tailgating is gaining unauthorized access to a building by following an individual with valid access. Oftentimes, if attackers are dressed in the appropriate clothing, they can simply follow legitimate individuals into a building without having to present a key card. Tailgating is allowed in all lots. However, most of the stadium lots require a permit. Tailgating is talking about how the game will turn out in your opinion (before the game) and then dissecting every play (after the game).
Tailgating is more than partying though — it’s about getting together and re-inventing the pep rally, taking pride in regional creativity, raising enthusiasm for the old alma mater, and it’s about football! FOXSports is the television network that reinvented how we watch football. Tailgating is permitted in the Mississippi Street parking garage, but no cooking is allowed. Tailgating is so big here that the school recognizes the “tailgater of the game,” and some tailgaters have official sponsors. The Half-Assed Tiger Tailgaters, for example, are sponsored by a beer company, run their own website and host a charity golf tournament.
